Hey there! I’ve been a lurker in this sub for quite some time. I started learning swimming recently and I bike everywhere (work and any other place) which averages about 25km everyday. My weight a month ago was around 71kg but yesterday I measured it was 66kg. I know everything boils down to calorie in – calorie out. But i am not sure what heavy calorie foods i should eat. I’m not vegan but I prefer to eat vegetarian food over meat etc. drink a lot of milk. Could you guys suggest some calorie dense foods that worked for you?
