Everything just goes together doesn’t it?
There’s no miss match for veg…I spent less than £20 quid other day and I got a good 5 6 days of food.
I could have bought more tofu because it wasn’t enough.
Chopped and peeled it and just Threw it all together and fried slightly with loads of garlic and a generous cap of olive oil it because I’m trying to put on weight and it tastes just a little bit nice.
Especially portabello mushrooms. I just peel them and eat them.. do like my mushrooms.
Veg is so affordable and cheap.. you can just eat on the go.
I can already feel the benefits and I’ve only been training for the last 2 weeks. Feel stronger for sure.
