I’m going to the gym in 1hr, have no idea what to do. Help! : veganfitness

Hey, I’m 22f, 57kg 170cm, and I’m arriving at the gym in 1hr. I’ve no idea what to do. I have a glute band and a 15kg resistance band.

Please help me quickly put together a training plan! I’d like to work out legs and glutes + abs if possible, but anything’s good.
