Iron in Tinned Beans : veganfitness

Sorry in advance if this is the wrong place to post this or if it’s a really stupid question.

I’m trying to up my iron intake and I’ve just eaten a mixture of tinned kidney beans in chilli sauce, tinned taco mixed beans in tomato sauce and a mixture of other vegetables. Logged it on Cronometer and the iron data for both tins of beans is missing. Is it safe to assume that the beans in the sauce would contain the same amount of iron as 400g of beans? Or would they have been through some kind of process that has removed some of the iron content?
