Is bulking just to focus on muscle growth? Started working out a month ago- as long as I don’t care about toning I shouldn’t need to track and limit macros right? : veganfitness


Vegan for 4 months, vegetarian 8 years, 184cm 67kg 19 yo male- everyone on Reddit seems to tell me I’m really underweight- does that just mean I’ve got no muscle or something? Think I have a very fast metabolism if that makes a difference. Thanks fellow vegans!

Edit: just thought I’d add I haven’t eaten any processed sugar for about a month as well know and didn’t eat too much beforehand- so the only fats I’m getting are complex so shouldn’t add much weight of that makes any difference?
