Is it ok to eat different typed of nuts daily? : veganfitness

Ive been soaking nuts overnight and eating them every day

E.g. i eat around 7 almonds with my oatmeal with chia seeds and i put walnuts in my protein shake

I also eat a brazil nut and pecan nuts daily

Is it ok to do this everyday? ive seen lots of good things about nuts and also bad things (phytic acid intake)
