Is it okay to get most of your protein from soy products? : veganfitness


I’m crazy about soy. Tofu, Soy Milk, Soy Skyr, Soy flakes, Soy protein, textured soy protein, soy chunks, roasted soybeans… I could eat soy for every goddamn meal. But I’m worried about missing out on essential amino acids. Of course, I have protein from other sources too (lentils, peas, whole grains, nuts & seeds, veggies) but my “main protein” often comes from soy (80% probably). Is this something I should worry about or is it totally fine?
