Ladies of vegan fitness, how closely do you pay attention to bulking/cutting? : veganfitness


I’ve been back in the gym for the last month or two now, doing a lot of weight lifting. i haven’t been paying much attention to my diet outside of making sure that i’m not eating way beyond my fullness and focusing on protein more.

my question is how closely do you pay attention to bulking/cutting? do you follow a specific cycle? is it different as a woman vs men who cut and bulk? wondering if that’s something i should be paying more attention to.
