Lettuce for Taco shells was surprisingly Delicious, and you can eat twice as much ;) : veganfitness


The filling is Kidneybeans, some squashed Burgerpatties and tomatoes, and the salad is just leftover veggies with “American” dressing (store bought and a bit too sweet). I had the lettuce left from making summer rolls, and it was way better than expected! Ate the whole 1lbs+ filling in one meal, so it wasn’t exactly low in calories 😉
