Hi everyone, I (25 yr F) am a baby vegan of two weeks so far. I am loving it. I love making a positive impact on the animals and the environment. I’m learning to cook better, educate myself more on what I put in my body and where my ingredients come from.
With that being said, I’ve been eating hella chickpeas, beans, soybeans, tofu.. so lots of fiber.
I weightlift ~5 times a week and cardio twice a week. However I can’t seem to get rid of the bloating. It’s causing me more body dysmorphia than I already had.
Is this normal? Is it because my body is adjusting or will I stay like this?
Would appreciate any recommendations! TIA
