Hi all! I hope this is an okay place to post this. I am transitioning to a vegan diet and at the same time would like to gain weight and muscle. I will also search through the posts here, but anyone have any tips on things to eat? Due to some digestive issues the past couple of years I am underweight (BMI under 17.5) and cannot seem to gain weight back. I am concerned about bone mass, too. I was thinking of eating things higher in fat like nuts and seeds, but curious what works for others. Thanks!
