Low calorie high protein meals? : veganfitness


what do you guys eat to get a lot of protein with low calories, It doesnt have to be exceptionally low but I would like to get atleast 100 grams a day while staying around 2000 calories. Im 15 and way a little bit more than I would like, so I want to lose fat and gain muscles at the same time, but to do that I need more protein than im getting. Anyway, what are some of your go to meals to accomplish that?
