Mass gainer?? : veganfitness


Hi all. I’m needing to be fitter and stronger (for job) but I struggle to gain muscle and weight. I’m 60kg 5″4 female, most of my weight is in my butt and hips, I’m very skinny in my upper body and legs. Is it worth me getting a mass gainer to help me along side a good diet and exercise? I feel I struggle to get enough calories in, I eat actual meals and snack but not quite getting there. I’ve been looking at mass gainer and also a muscle recovery shake but this has much less calories. Any help will be appreciated thank you
