Might try Vegan for a Month. Just wanna double check… : veganfitness


I wanna get stronger. I’ve tried vegan food and recipes for a while. I might try going vegan for 1 or 2 months for the first time. Just wanna make sure, as long as I get B12 vitamins and eat complete protein, about 1 gram per body weight, along with other nutritious food, that’s all I need to increase bench press, deadlift (and squats if knees don’t hurt), right? Or am I missing something? Like Selenium vitamins or something?
