My lady just told me she wants us to run the Disney Marathon in January. Is there any diet/exercise plans you’d recommend? : veganfitness

I’ve run 2 marathons. My advice is to maintain a good diet and eat protein, eat lots of protein. In my first marathon, I only got 10 weeks of training and I was terrible with my diet, recovery was so painful, I hurt all the time.

In my second, I got 4 months to train and I planned my meals, ate enough protein and it made a lot of difference to my recovery and how I felt overall.

Good luck – it is good fun, just take it all in and enjoy it.
