Need advice on recovery, and food prep : veganfitness


Hello, I’m vegetarian, I just got my first job at a warehouse and while I like the work it’s very physically active I came home yesterday (first day) like a stone could barely move, I like the work but I can’t do this everyday. How can I speed up recovery, feel more flexible? I hear yoga is good but I wanted a second opinion (And not like a wall) and how do I do meal prep? I don’t have much money at the moment, what are simple affordable meals? Thanks
