Need some help to overcome my tempeh aversion : veganfitness


I’m trying to eat protein rich according to my macros. Though I am succeeding, I would love to add tempeh to my diet for this as well. The only minor problem is that I really, really don’t like it. There something about a lingering after taste that makes me shiver.

So in this quest of mine to learn to like tempeh: what are your (relativly low in fat) go to recipe to convert noj tempeh eating friends? Is there a way to fool them and me into eating this?
