Need some reassurance – it’s okay if I take a week off from the gym : veganfitness

I’m going on a conference this week, the hotel has a gym and I plan on going but I have an unhealthy idea that I’ll be messing up if I DON’T go to the gym, instead of just enjoying my time at the conference and with my family.

I know this is a weird post probably but has anyone else felt this way?
