Need some tips on staying consistent while working out at home : veganfitness

I froze my gym membership as I want to wait until later this year to go back after myself and hopefully other people become fully vaccinated against COVID and in the meantime I’m working out at home with my adjustable dumbbells but I feel as if I’m in a lifting rut. Anyone have some advice on getting out of it and being more consistent in sticking to a workout routine with the equipment I currently have?
