New and need advice : veganfitness

35/F I have been vegan for over 4 years and I just got back into powerlifting for the first time in 18 years. I am having a really hard time figuring out the eating part. I am shooting for a 2500 cal/ day at a 50%carb/ 35% protein/15% fat macro. I have introduced a protein powder in the morning with my fruit smoothie and then an additional protein shake before work outs.

The last two weeks my energy levels have been all over the place during the day and I haven’t been in the gym as much because of it. Today I felt like I was going to vomit bc I think I at lunch (black beans, brown rice and veggies) to late then drank the shake to soon after.

This is my problem, I need some direction on where or how to find a good eating schedule or good resource to help me develop that. Do I eat more carbs in the morning or night? What what are the best combos for the maximize energy? How do I eat basically. I feel like I am flailing and losing out on gains bc.
