New to plant based lifestyle



Im cutting on 2500 cals and trying to get my meals in order or some ideas i start my day at 6am with smoothie berries banana and oatmeal with almond milk

Snack: kale with olive oil cucumbers chickpeas tomatoes peppers hemp seeds and couple dates on side

Lunch : quinoa or brown rice beans or lentils veggies avocado and apple.

For dinner i dont know what else sweet potatoes more beans or lentils rice veggie

I am not sure any help or ideas would be appreciated hard to adjust
