New vegan here, hi! : veganfitness

Hi there 🙂 I was wondering if somebody could help me here. I was vegetarian about 3 years now and 2 weeks ago I decided to go vegan. I would like to know some tips how to build musclne on this diet. Ofc Im reading articles and so, but I was hoping that someone here could help me speed this process. Thank you a lot! 🙂
