[Female, 6’0” (183cm), 192lbs (87kg)]
I’ve been vegan for over two years, and mostly WFPB vegan for about 6 months. During this time I’ve also been working out 5-6 days a week, and am currently halfway through Insanity. My body has definitely changed, but my weight has stagnated and I’m hoping someone here might be able to point me in the right direction. I’ve tried IF (OMAD, 20/4, 18/6, 16/8), and found that 18/6 works well with my lifestyle and eating habits. I have one cheat day on Saturday, drink occasionally on the weekend, but I try not to go overboard.
My goal is to get to about 160-170 and be muscular with most of that concentrated on my legs.
