I’m following all the right rules at a reasonable pace (depression gives me a lot of fatigue so some days Are a right off)1200 calories. Focusing on protein (hard to meet sometimes with deficit) Started doing intro strength training. Working out either running, walking, light strength, biking, whatever I can nearly everyday. My flab won’t leave and my numbers have been staying the same for a while. Not sure what to do but I’m going to pull my hair out. Any suggestions moving forward?!
