Hi! I just got my first pair of sliders this week and did a tabata style workout today for just twenty minutes (mountain climbers, low planks with lateral abduction of the legs, side planks with sliding foot motions) and I am drenched! Literally, my floor got wet.
I was curious whether any of you have used sliders and seen good results for abs. If so, how long are your workouts, and how many times a week do you do them?
I feel like I did a total body workout and I didn't even go for very long. I am pairing these exercises with some physical therapy exercises targeting the internal and external obliques, transverse, and rectus abdominis (which have done wonders for my back pain in just under two weeks).
