Progress : veganfitness

Winter 2019 I was hospitalized. I lost the small weak muscles I had at the time because i couldnt eat more than like 300-1000 cal in a day. After that I became vegan and stopped drinking alcohol. I was lacto-ovo veg before that.

Yesterday, After going to the gym for a year. I l Made a 2 rep deadlift. 100kg (220lbs) for the first time. In the spring of 2020 i felt like filling water in a pot was heavy.
