Protein Help! : veganfitness


 I am very new to everything and I need some help. I am currently cutting before building but I  trying to keep my protein high as well without going over my calories. It feels almost impossible. My calories for the day are at 1,200 and I want to eat 120g of protein. I can get you to 80 but I want to reach my goal and I have noticed that it is a little harder being vegan. Thank you so much!
