Protein question. : veganfitness


Greetings citizens. I just started working out, nothing crazy yet, but I read as a vegan I need 1g/lb body weight protein. I’m 130 lbs. My question is, how long will that protein stay in my system? I work out 3x a week and run 3x as well. Am I burning all that? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
