I have eaten TVP every now and again for the last coiple of years. The last few weeks however, I have been eaging it daily in varied recipes. I have also witness an increase in my weight (2kg in one week). Every morning I wake up looking pretty bloated, so I think it might be at least some water retention. I wondered if TVP could be the cause. It is affecting my gym and cardio workouts pretty negatively so I'd like for it go down at least a little.
Does anyone have any experience with this?
