Quick protien options/how to get more protein in and have another question in comments. : veganfitness


So I usually get around 60-80g of protein at the end of the day. Not getting that amount right now cause im looking for a soy or hemp protein powder since I figured out im allergic to pea protein, what are some quick things to raise that 60-80 to 100-120g?I usually consume frozen meat replacements for dinner and don’t know other protien meals or sources. What are some quick protein snacks or meals with a good amount of protein? I can only think of like protein bars.
