really need help want to change for the better but don’t know anything! : veganfitness


Hey making this post to get as many tips and advice as possible i always wanted to be vegan i always knew it was wrong to be eating certain foods or meat but i was raised with people that honestly thats all they ate.

But i want to know any tips on how to go vegan & stay vegan from being raised with only eating meat what are some good foods to eat to where i can still get good protein and equal out nutrients etc any good easy go to meals or things to combine i am clueless lol ?

i’m currently on my fitness journey going on 5 months and i’m trying to lose weight & build muscle & decided to face this while doing it but i’m confused about what to eat that will also correlate with my body goals any advice would be helpful
