I’ve recently switched to a plant based diet and have been trying various foods to “substitute” my old diet, however Im worried that my protein intake isn’t quite as high as before. As example after my workout I’d usually have a protein shake then at lunch it would be the usual chicken/rice/broccoli however today I had a pea protein shake after workout then lunch was a burrito (rice and black beans with a little salsa and guacamole). While I actually enjoy the latter more, I don’t feel like my protein intake is as high.
Do you have any recommendations for high protein foods, ideally something that can be made in 20-30mins. Open to trying anything and everything!
