Let all the immflamation fully drain out. Let your tissue repair itself 100%. Let your body rest. I promise you will come back re-energized and make way more progress much quicker than if you just kept pushing it. This honestly isn't a vegan fitness thing as much as it is a universal fitness thing. But its definitely a mistake I see a ton of people making. You can only improve as much as you can recover. Don't focus too much on trying to up your workout game. Focus on upping your recovery game (massage, stretching, proper nutrition, good sleep hygiene, taking enough time off etc) and your performance will increase way more.
