Hello my fellow plant eaters, the last 5 years i have been wanting to change my diet, but have been to lazy. But now i have decided to do something about it, i kept being sick often and having constipation, Living on a shitty diet. Now i started Boxing/working out 3-4 days a week, and started to eat 3 meals a Day and a Shake, i only eat one plate every meal, and so i dont feel to full or empty.
But should i track my calories? My goal isnt to be a bodybuilder, but to be healthy, and be able to wear a shirt and feeling comfortable in i. Do you have any advice to a newbie!
