Should I cut down on my carb intake and compensate with protein? : veganfitness


I’m currently, 1.76 m and 90 Kg, or, 5’7″ and 200 pounds. I’m on a calorie budget of 200 Kcal, which consist of Carb: 225g, Prot: 100g, Fat: 78g, and I;m burning around 3000 Kcal a day. Is it more beneficial for me to reduce my carb intake and compensate with protein or the other way, to become leaner a bit faster?
