Strength training noobie looking for a toning routine : veganfitness

I run bike or walk nearly everyday, get my cardio intake. Just starting to do strength because it’s been plateaud with my weight for a long time and it’s making me wanna go ?. I have boom told strength will help with the few extra pounds and flab. 5’1 sw:180 cw:122 gw:100-110 eating 1200 a day (recently had a 1300 day tho:(, and just went up from 1000-1100 recently.)
