Such a thing as too much gluten? : veganfitness

Been lifting for several years and just started to take the diet part religiously and am eating around 180g of protein per day.

A significant portion of this comes from gluten as I make all different types of seitan. On average I probably get 50g of protein or more daily from seitan. Probably then followed by pea protein, legumes, then soy.

I’ve never had any issues with gluten on an acute basis (thank god), but is there any issue with consuming this much on an ongoing basis?
