Tin of baked beans a day? : veganfitness

Recently I’ve been eating a lot of substitute meat foods to hit my protein as I’m still new to plant based diets.

However after realising how high some of these foods are in sodium etc, I’m trying to cut down as much as I can and eat as natural as I can, by eating more fruit, veg, legumes etc.

So I’m most likely going to get bored of the same taste after a week, but to try and keep costs down will a tin of baked beans a day be good for muscle building?
