Tiredness and calorie cravings : veganfitness


I’m a relatively new vegan (I made the transition from vegetarian Nov 2020) but I’m finding the change in diet pretty exhausting and sapping my workout motivation. I think the reason is that my new plant based lifestyles now has a much lower calorie density and about once a week I break down craving Oreos and sweets to boost my energy.

It’s a big change from my previous diet which was pretty low carb with a lot of dairy and egg based protein and intermittent fasting which is kinda embedded into my daily routine. Did anyone else go through this and have any advice?
