Tried the 100 Push-Up a day challenge? : veganfitness

So, the main goal is to end the day with 100 completed push-ups. You don’t have to do them all at once, that’s quite scary for some of us.

Anyway, what are your results if you have tried before? Muscle gain? Extra strength? Push-up more per set?

Here are my results;

Day 1(10th):

11am: 1×15, 1×10

2pm: 3×10

6pm: 1×15, 2×10, 2×5


It was challenging, not going to lie. I’ll update this on day 7.
