So I’m trying to get to 100g of protien rn but seem to be struggling on how to do that. I get abt 40 rn but don’t think that’s enough for muscle growth.
I get my protein from my -Protein pancakes -vegan meat replacements -Protein Banza pasta And that’s abt it My pancakes get me to abt 40-50 and then at the end of the day maybe hitting 60. But how could I get to like 100g? Im very picky as well. Any like high protien Snacks?
