Hey thanks for the comment! I’ve only been lifting for 3 years, and I’m actually happy with the progress that I’ve made. I started with 0 knowledge and made so many mistakes along the way. I’m sure if I could go back and start over with the knowledge I have now then I would have progressed way quicker.
I’m interested in what you’re saying though. What exactly is in steak that would have allowed me to progress quicker?
