Hey I’m 6ft 180 with 20 percent fat percentage approx. Looking to transition into a one meal per day that give me all the calories and most of the vitamins. Currently i take NATURELO Whole Food Multivitamin for Men , Udo’s Choice – Udo’s Oil 3-6-9 Blend Capsules – 180 count , and vega protein shake on top of eating regularly . Anybody have any recipes for a one meal that gives you around 2600-2700 calories? i’m not a picky eater at all and can eat the same meals for years really lol. Appreciate the help!
