Vegan back gains, home made back with dumbbells : veganfitness

Hello everyone I have been training for 6+ years but due to covid and an injury I train these days at home and it has been a real learning curve for me, many of us feels that fitness is only when we go to the gym and workout but let me tell you much more can be accomplished even at home if you do the basics correctly. I lost 10 kgs weight and dropped from 20 to 10 percent body fat all at home by just focusing on diet, cardio and strength training with Dumbbells at home.
