First of all, I’d like to say hello and thank you for being such an inspirational sub for me regarding veganism and fitness. I see so many posts here and I have to say you all look incredible.
I am looking to compete in November. I have a decent amount of muscle mass and took in around 140g of protein easily as a non-vegan AND stayed at a deficit consuming 1,400 calories more or less.
However, now that I am, I would like to know how you guys would suggest going about taking in about the same amount of calories for a goal of around 130g of protein.
For reference, I am 163cm, 68kg.
