Vegan for 6 years. Advice appreciated! Should I bulk or cut? : veganfitness

Cut my man. I’ve been in your position before, decided to bulk and regretted it 4/5 months down the line.

Or, if you can’t be arsed with lower calories, just eat at maintenance and get stronger. You’ll get rid of fat and gain some muscle. This is a much slower process though.

You’ve only got 5/6 weeks worth of cutting to do though, which isn’t too bad.
