15 year old male. I am experiencing knee pain that is not immobilising (I can still walk and run) but it is slightly painful. I noticed it the past few days (maybe weeks but I honestly don’t know) and it was never bad enough to shorten a workout. I run 3-6 miles 4-5 times a week. I ran 6 yesterday and noticed it more so I did 2 mile intervals with rests.
I ran two today and it didn’t feel great so I stopped and did 100 crunches instead and some planks and push ups.
How long should this knee pain last? And how can I still get a good workout (burning 500-600 cals) without running? I’m trrribly afraid of gaining weight and I’m also in eating disorder recovery which makes this so much harder.
