Want to get started with being vegan. Where/how to start? : veganfitness


I do CrossFit so my main concern is getting enough protein. The other is just that I also have UC and IBS do I can’t have a lot of fiber. Are there books or anything I can read up on? Should I start with just one meal a day and up it from there and slowly wean off of meat products? I literally have no idea where to start. I hate eating so much meat with every meal and I can’t stand eggs anymore. I hear a vegan diet will help with my gut issues plus I like to eat so maybe this will be good for me lol.
