Want to see pics of all meals and snacks in a day : veganfitness


I’ve been vegan for a few weeks, and like many new vegans I’m hungry for most of the day. I understand I need to eat more calories, but would like to get an idea of the VOLUME of food you guys are eating over a full day (I know volume =/= calories etc)

I’m 5’11’’, 145 llbs so would especially appreciate someone with a similar built showing me their meals. Thanks!
