Weight gain tips?

So I've been eating to bulk for almost 4 months now, I'm currently 5'9" and weigh 134lbs. I feel as though my nutrition is good and I almost hit all my macros all the time. I even eat in a caloric surplus of about 600 to 700 putting my daily calorie goal at 3,064 but for whatever reason I can never seem to go past 135lbs. I'm not sure if I'm doing anything wrong but I'd appreciate any tips.
